Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely warm and comfortable with your Stoov purchase, but if you're not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Package Your Item
Carefully place the Stoov product, including the battery and charging cable, back into its original box to ensure safe transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned cushion or blanket, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
